Each product page shows the estimated delivery time. For Pikolin Contract mattresses and/or bed bases, delivery is approximately 5 weeks after confirmation and payment.

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. Orders from EU countries can be placed easily online, with transport costs clearly shown. For non-EU countries, we provide custom quotes including transport, customs clearance, and documentation fees. For shipments outside Europe, quotes are available upon request.

For parcel shipments, you’ll receive a tracking code. Pallet shipments cannot be tracked online, but you’ll be updated via email.

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Notify ArenasCollection via email at hello@arenascollection.com. Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging within 5 working days. Include a copy of the invoice and your full bank details (IBAN and BIC). Custom-made products cannot be canceled. Refunds are issued within 30 days, minus shipping and handling costs. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was incorrect or damaged. ArenasCollection may refuse returns if packaging is opened or items are used/damaged.
